Fast & Furious: Showdown is a racing video game created by Firebrand Games and released by Activision. It is available on Wii U as well as Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Nintendo 3DS, and Microsoft Windows. The game is based on the Fast and Furious franchise, and it bridges the story between the films Fast Five and Fast and Furious 6. Except for the conspicuously absent Dominic Toretto, the player assumes control of many of the major Fast & Furious franchise characters. The gameplay centers on team-based driving and vehicular fighting. The missions in the game revolve around driving through loops that are somewhat destructible. The game received unfavorable reviews.
