The game Rise of the Guardians is based on the film of the same name. Torus Games created it, and D3 Publisher released it. The player can play as Jack Frost with assistance from Santa Claus, the Tooth Fairy, the Easter Bunny, and the Sandman as they fight the evil Pitch Black and his Nightmare minions in order to restore world faith in the Guardians. The game was released on Wii U as well as PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii, Nintendo DS, and Nintendo 3DS. It garnered unfavorable reviews from critics; for the Wii U version, Metacritic gave it a score of 48/100.
