Sing Party is a Wii U music/party video game created by FreeStyleGames and published by Nintendo. The retail game includes an official Wii U karaoke microphone, which can also be sold separately. For all versions of the game, including those that can be downloaded via the Nintendo eShop, a microphone is necessary. This game is also compatible with previously licensed microphones used with Wii singing games. Sing Party, like other karaoke games, requires players to sing to the lyrics of various songs and are awarded based on their rhythm; however, Sing Party allows numerous people to play alongside the lead singing player.
