Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Blacklist is an action-adventure stealth video game developed and published by Ubisoft Toronto. In the game, players take control of Sam Fisher, a spymaster working for the Fourth Echelon on a mission to thwart the Engineers, a terrorist group attempting to force the US to repatriate all of its troops stationed abroad.
